We are a fast-growing Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) brand seeking a skilled and proactive Production Supervisor to oversee daily kitchen operations.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising kitchen staff, ensuring efficient food production, maintaining quality standards, and managing requisitions to support smooth operations.
This role requires strong leadership, organization, and a solid understanding of kitchen workflows in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure production operations consistently meet brand quality and portion control standards.
Assign tasks and supervise kitchen staff during shifts to ensure efficiency and productivity.
Ensure raw materials are available and used efficiently through proper requisition processes.
Manage and monitor kitchen requisitions to prevent shortages or overstocking.
Enforce hygiene, safety, and sanitation regulations at all times.
Maintain proper documentation of production output and daily kitchen operations.
Monitor food wastage and implement effective waste-reduction measures.
Ensure timely preparation and delivery of food items to meet customer demand.
Support product development and assist in testing new recipes when required.
Report equipment issues or shortages promptly to the appropriate team.
Coordinate with the Store Manager and Procurement team on inventory and supply needs.
Requirements
Minimum of an OND / HND in Hospitality Management, Food Science, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Kitchen Supervisor, Production Supervisor, or similar role in a QSR or food production environment.
Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety, and hygiene standards.
Good understanding of requisition processes within a restaurant setting.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
